After every use.Use board butter or food safe mineral oil monthly if storing board.

We recommend sea salt and baking soda with hot water to create a paste. Rub in and rinse with hot water * do not burn yourself*..Let Air dry and apply board butter. Let sit overnight and buff excess with Terry cloth towel. 

Use 1 TBSP of mixture and add hot water to create a paste. Rub well into the board and rinse thoroughly. See directions for board butter care. 

Mixture is compromised of Kosher Coarse salt and baking soda. 

We teamed up with Honeycomb Co. Based out of Sumner WA to make a local board butter mixed with food safe mineral oil. This ensures a food safe product and slight local allergen relief.
